My dear wife, Arleney who looks out for me 24/7, has finally given me the go ahead sign for an on-line gallery. Now I have to wisely think it over. it is something I have dreamed of since I got ill Dec 1012. Wow just wow. I think the response to my newsletter played a part in it. Very soon you may be able to see some of my paintings for sale—and I might be “persuaded’ to part with some of the great art in my personal collection. My newsletter is almost written—will probably go out tonight BUT I MUST HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS as that is how the letter is sent out, The main prize is this painting by me, framed by Aaron Brothers–Value between $100. AND $150.–The second prize is a book “Clementine Hunter Sketchbook” by the famed New Orleans gallery owner, Richard Gasperi. Both are nice prizes–easy to win—

Nick’s Story

II was thinking of a grandson Nick who I took deep sea fishing a few year ago. Nick caught a huge salmon but it got away. The boat captain tried to real it in but couldn’t. –true story–So I laughed and laughed as I painted this painting. I dedicate this painting to my grandson Nick—”Fisherman’s Story”—I am changing the name of the painting to “Nick’s Story”
