Grandpa Monroe

Sunday, November 17th, 2013

Good Sunday morning! I want to explain my pipe giving. One of the people most vivid in my childhood was my grandpa Monroe. He was an early Texas Ranger, later he came a Private Detective. He was allegedly married 8 times. He love to play Dominoes–the game “42″.–and he love to tell me stories. He always smoked a pipe or cigar, most often the pipe. I would dearly love to own that pipe but its long gone.
I am giving each of my grandchildren, who would like one, a pipe, hoping to keep that memory alive! I am not promoting tobacco—just memories!
