As we all know, Rev Finster was considered one of the greatest folk artists on the 20th Century. I was fortunate enough to make contact with him in the early 1980s. I purchased Eli Whitney from him April 7, 1984, ---actually he painted it for me as you can see on the front of the painting. It is very large, 18" x 42", including the frame. It hangs in our home.
