Artist--Jerry Williams

Little is known of Jerry Williams other than he was a student at the Allan Short Center-north in Sacramento. He is no longer there. A framed painting by him hangs on the office wall there. I am told that his paintings were highly collected (and very expensive) at one time The framed painting on the wall is beyond what I could pay.
